A delicious, sweet, summer cocktail with subtle lavender herbal notes.
Combine in a saucepan 2 1/2 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of blueberries. Bring mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for approximately 1 hour.
Strain the blueberry mixture into a pitcher, removing any leftover blueberry bits.
Add 2 1/2 cups of cold water and 1 cup of lemon juice. Mix until completely combined.
Mix together 3 parts blueberry lemonade and 1 part lavender gin. Pour over ice.
Serve over ice. Add a tablespoon of blueberries to your drink and a lemon slice on the rim for garnish.
