  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) salted
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts 1 can - drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozon spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 tbsp diced garlic about 3 cloves

  1. Set dutch oven on the stove top and pre-heat on medium until dutch over is warm. (I used a cast iron dutch oven).

  2. Place cream cheese, butter, and sour cream in dutch oven and melt over medium heat until combined.

  3. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until all cheese is melted and combined.

  4. Add artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, and mix until all artichokes are evenly distributed.

  5. Add spinach, thawed and drained, and mix thoroughly until spinach is evenly distributed.

  6. Add garlic and mix well.

  7. Heat throughout on medium heat until bubbling and delicious. For a little extra flare, add some Parmesan cheese on top and place in the oven on 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned.

  8. Serve with corn chips or chunks of crusty bread!

Recipe Notes

To make the most of this recipe, use freshly grated parmesan cheese, and high quality butter and sour cream. Because there are so few ingredients, the better the quality, the better the taste!
